  • No Refunds: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a service or product has been provided. This policy helps us maintain a high standard of service for all clients.

  • Exceptions: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service or product, you may be eligible for a refund. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date to discuss your eligibility for a refund.

  • Processing Fee: If a refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances, a 10% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the total payment amount.
