Toney S. Green
Toney S. Green, also known as WESS VEGA, is a 2x International Rapper, Producer, Entrepreneur, and Author with over 16 years of experience in the music industry and business. Born in Charleston, SC, Toney relocated to Humboldt County, CA, in 2015, where he reinvented himself both personally and professionally.
Toney’s music journey began at the age of 6 as a dancer and continued through his middle school years, where he played French Horn and Mellophone. He officially launched his professional music career at 17 in 2008, marking the start of a journey that would take him to 13 countries. Toney performed at high-profile events, such as UFC championship fights in Romania, and earned features in international news outlets.
He has collaborated with icons like Redman, hosted sold-out shows, and worked with brands such as COOKIES.
Beyond music, Toney has built multiple successful businesses, including a top food brand in Humboldt County. His entrepreneurial drive and passion for empowering others have led him to mentor independent artists, helping them transform their passion into sustainable income.
As the co-founder of DreamSPRK and a nationally certified credit and business consultant, Toney provides artists with the tools and strategies to create successful, long-term careers. His mission is to inspire and equip creatives to reach their fullest potential while mastering financial growth and independence.
Vincent McMillian Jr.
Born and raised in Chicago, Vincent McMillian discovered his passion for creativity and leadership early in life. At 17, he relocated to Memphis, Tennessee, where he found his love for music and embarked on an inspiring journey in the industry.
In 2010, Vincent founded the independent record label, #DTR Records, dedicated to discovering and nurturing raw talent. His mission extended beyond music—he used the platform to empower artists and inspire communities. Through his work, Vincent has collaborated with numerous artists, helping them refine their craft and leverage music as a transformative tool for personal and professional growth.
In 2023, Vincent's efforts and vision culminated in a groundbreaking partnership with Warner Bros. Music Group and 300 Entertainment, solidifying his reputation as a forward-thinking leader in the music industry.
